Job Position : Executive - CRM Job Location : Delhi No. of Openings : 10 (Male – 06 and Female - 04) Experience : 0-2 years’ Experience in Customer Support activities. Qualification : BE, B.Sc, or Degree/Diploma in any Discipline with sound working knowledge of MS Office. Note :- Candidate must have two wheeler and know Hindi Skillset & Job Profile : • Sound knowledge in Customer Relation Management. • Should have proven track record in the analysis of customer requirements, product design concept and also project / product deployment. • Working knowledge on ISO requirements is an added qualification. • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience/Qualification is relaxable in case of candidates who possess good academic record and or performance in the interview / test. • Positive attitude, fast in learning and judicious execution of assigned task, ability to work under pressure independently with minimum supervision, must be target oriented self-starter & goal achiever. • Fresher possessing mind set and skill set to opt for marketing /Customer service as their career to deploy high end IT products to State/Central Government, and public sector undertakings will be considered
